Graham cracker cake for Mark’s birthday movie night is finished and chilling in the fridge, every football movie we have is out so we can choose an appropriate movie for our Super Bowl-themed movie night, wings have been ordered for pick up, breakfast breads are thawing on the counter, house is reasonably picked up, and the table is clear for Sunday morning breakfast with the gang.
Dan has gone to bed early after a few too many late nights followed by early mornings, and Derek is already in his room for the night, so I am curled up with a good book, a late night snack, and my water bottle, preparing to spend some quality time with a novel while Pandora provides some delightful background music. Today has been a peaceful, productive day. *sigh of contentment*
