No offense to NPA, but I am SO tired of taking my own photo, and trying to not duplicate any outfits (which I completely failed at this year while traveling to IL) and making sure my hair and face look presentable every day. LOL! I am quite ready to enjoy my normal jeans and tee vibes for a while.

Now, because I’m me and I have to tattle on myself, I must confess that I donned jeans and tennies for the motorcycle cruise and never got back into my skirt because pizza and movie night prep ran away with me, so...oops!

No Pants April Day 24

 No Pants April Day 24:

I am a total NPA loser. I got dressed this morning in jeans and a tee so I could do the heavy lifting to fill the shed from yesterday’s work project.

By the time I finished that adventure, it was time to head to the airport to pick up Laura. We laughed our way back from the airport, enjoyed a delightful meal with much catching up at Olive Garden, managed a short walk/waddle (we ate WAY TOO MUCH AT OG) and even were still coherent enough to make a list and pick up some groceries. And then...the end. We are both exhausted and mildly hysterical.

All of that to say that I never had a chance to change out of my “fill the shed” clothes. Boo.

So, here I am at 10 minutes ‘til 8 in my nightgown, with my fat feet up, and Mama K is A-L-L D-O-N-E for the day.

No Pants April Day 23: I'm a NPA Loser!

 No Pants April Day 23: Black Slinky knit gored skirt, olive tee with lace yoke, and strappy sandals.

At least for most of the day. While I was overseeing preschoolers at PE in the gale force winds and while I was supervising the shed relocation project, I donned some jeans and a tee with sneakers, because it just made more sense. Call me a NPA loser or cheater if you must, but I changed back into my NPA attire for Game Night, so I feel like it is still a win.

I am IN LOVE with this set of iron gates at work!

I do love a sweet pair of canvas tennies paired with a dress. It's my 1992 fashion sense (or lack therof) coming out. 

After work, Hercules took me out for a spin in the Beast Truck...dress and all.

Honestly, after hours of yard work at school and an offer of a motorcycle ride from Hercules, I slapped on a pair of jeans Like I hadn't a care in the world and went for a ride. So I left the house in pants, but I’m not calling it a fail. Because #RidingWithHercules.

Yes indeed! This outfit is comfortable, flattering, patriotic, and the long full skirt allows me to work without worry of flashing someone, which is always a plus.
