Day 4:

To you it looks like a messy and overfilled bulletin board full of reminders and to do lists, and it is those things. But to me, it looks like job security. And that is always something to be happy about.

100 Happy Days: Day 2

 Day 2:
Time to decorate for summer and patriotic holidays.
If I’m honest, I had a great day and somehow managed to not take a picture of the right things. PattyCakes and I had a delightful breakfast at Cracker Barrel, just us. Dastroyah and I had a sweet chat, just us. PattyCakes and I went grocery shopping for tomorrow’s bbq supplies, just us. Derek and I played a few rounds of a game, just us. We decided to order pizza for Pizza and Movie night, and then several people got called away for the evening, so Mallory and I played a few rounds of Sequence while we ate pizza and chatted about Mom Life, just us. Dan just got home from his work project for the day, so he and I are watching TV in our recliners, just us.

100 Happy Days is just around the corner!

 Friends, it is that time again. Time to consider joining the #100HappyDays challenge!
It is a fun and quick daily challenge that simply asks us to be more aware of things that bring us joy, and to snap and share a photo of those things for 100 days in a row. It is not a bragging contest, or a way to compare yourself with others, but a way to remind ourselves that the more we look for good things in our life, the more good things we will find in our life. And that’s never a bad thing.

No offense to NPA, but I am SO tired of taking my own photo, and trying to not duplicate any outfits (which I completely failed at this year while traveling to IL) and making sure my hair and face look presentable every day. LOL! I am quite ready to enjoy my normal jeans and tee vibes for a while.

 No Pants April Day 25: Secret Garden skirt with pockets (A #KaberOriginals creation) with a maroon tee made for an easy breezy NPA day.

Now, because I’m me and I have to tattle on myself, I must confess that I donned jeans and tennies for the motorcycle cruise and never got back into my skirt because pizza and movie night prep ran away with me, so...oops!

I am IN LOVE with this set of iron gates at work!

I do love a sweet pair of canvas tennies paired with a dress. It's my 1992 fashion sense (or lack therof) coming out. 

After work, Hercules took me out for a spin in the Beast Truck...dress and all.
